COMPLAINTS

If, after making a purchase, it turns out that the received goods are damaged, do not work properly or are inconsistent with the concluded contract, you have the right to file a complaint. The faulty goods should be returned to us to enable us to investigate the validity of the complaint. If in doubt, please contact us to determine the necessary next steps.

Any complaints related to the Goods or the implementation of the Sales Agreement may be submitted by the Customer in the following forms:

  • In writing to the seller’s address: DONMET-EUROPE sp.z o.o., Jedności 27, Tychy 43-100
  • Electronically at donmet.europe@gmail.com

We consider every complaint in a timely manner10 days from receiving the application form in the correct form.
